Terms of Use

Registration or use constitutes agreement to these terms. Users must be 16 years or older; registration information must be accurate, account and payment information must be kept secure.

Service Content

Provides cloud game access, subscriptions and virtual items. We may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance, upgrades or security reasons, with advance notice.

Payment & Billing

Charges are completed through integrated payment channels (credit cards and wallets, etc.). Prices are as shown on checkout page, tax information will be displayed when ordering. Orders with failed payments will not activate service.

Virtual Goods

User Conduct

• Prohibited: cheating, attacking servers, spreading malicious content or exploiting vulnerabilities for profit.
• Prohibited: harassment, hate speech or illegal content; chat and nicknames must comply with community standards.
• Violations may result in warnings, bans or service termination.

Intellectual Property

Game content, trademarks and materials belong to Radiant Arcade or its authorized parties. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Termination & Suspension

If serious violations, security threats or legal requirements are discovered, we may suspend or terminate accounts, and provide appeal channels as appropriate.

Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by service interruptions or third-party reasons.

Dispute Resolution

Singapore law applies. Disputes should be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if litigation is needed, submit to Singapore court jurisdiction.
