Application Process

  1. Email support@radiantarcade.com with order number, account and problem description.
  2. Receive feedback within 48 hours; if additional materials are needed, we will explain.
  3. After confirmation, refund will be processed within 3-10 business days via original payment method.

Disputes & Verification

For dispute requests from banks or card organizations, we will cooperate to provide order, usage and anti-fraud records, and work with payment institutions to complete verification.
