Scope
Applies to subscriptions and virtual items purchased through the Radiant Arcade platform (excluding any physical goods).
Refundable Cases
- Within 14 days of payment, and virtual items have not been overused or consumed.
- Technical issues preventing service access, confirmed by support team.
- Duplicate charges or obvious unauthorized transactions.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Virtual items have been heavily consumed or created significant game advantages.
- Account bans due to user violations (cheating, refund abuse).
- Exceeds policy time limit or unable to provide order and account verification information.
Application Process
- Email support@radiantarcade.com with order number, account and problem description.
- Receive feedback within 48 hours; if additional materials are needed, we will explain.
- After confirmation, refund will be processed within 3-10 business days via original payment method.
Disputes & Verification
For dispute requests from banks or card organizations, we will cooperate to provide order, usage and anti-fraud records, and work with payment institutions to complete verification.
